we negotiated following terms with one of the best hotels in Plzen

Price 40€/person (that was agreed on the meeting today) confirmation by an mail was 40€/room (ie 40 per double room) we called back to be sure that there wasn't any mistake, confirmed - price per room.

transfer to and from the range (once a day)

possibility to use one of many launches (halls) for award decoration (that is good, we can move it from the range and not be under the time pressure within the time we have the range for our use)
the same possibility to use some of their saloons for our meetings (technical and AGM, etc)

of course all other facilities listed on their website (free swimming pool, internet .....)

now I do need from you
latest 31st.  March binding reservation and payment.
what rooms, single/double, smoker/nonsmoker, date of arrival/departure, how many people
we've got a favor, we do need to pay anything now, but I have to make the final reservation/payment the first week at the April. So if you will not send the info and money in time,I will not be able to arrange any accommodation for you.
at that time you should have sent the final registration form for your shooters. and registration fee should be on the account latest by 14th of April. so It shouldn't be any problem for you to have all shooters and details ready.

there is another detail, we will need from you. because the range is a part of a military area, we have to issue some personal ID that can be easily  controlled. We have to have it anyway for the event, so I will need a photo from you. send in digital form by mail.
in case some of your shooters will not be able to com (after the dead line) and some other one will come, there will be possibility of taking a picture of him on the spot.
